what i like is these are true bodybuilding routines, not pling routines with a bb spin on them. i like his emphasis on tut and stretching, this might honestly be close to how pros train. you should take this into account when considering his suggestions, particularly if you are not enhanced yourself. weeks into it i find it destroying me, despite doing the minimum # of reps and sets he recommends.
of course his expectations and advice are going to be more appropriate for gear folks. i don’t really see myself going back to any other type of training – it’s challenging, effective, and never boring. it’s very rare to do the same exercises from one week to the next, so you’re forced to find your new limit and try to push through each time. i’ve used some of his tips for back and it has definitely helped a lot.
