it is the 2nd day and it as though i don’t even have a campaign going. there is a lag between activity and reporting, so it is possible that the impact of your increased bids hasn’t been reported yet. i raised the bid about noon today hoping that maybe it was as simple as too low a bid, but so far no change. i don’t know what your product price is but $3 is a very high amount for a bid. i can’t say this is the same for everyone though. i turn it off so that i can get all of the money once in awhille, but if sales slow down a little bit then i run a campaign so i am showing at the top. i know that the campaign info can be off for about 3 days with sales, it’s possible it is the same with impressions as well. so in addition to increasing your bids, you might also want to try a different campaign strategy such as “dynamic bids – up and down” or adjust your bids by placement (e.g. depending on how long your campaigns are paused for, it could have a similar delay.

i’ve raised this with amazon who have suggested the following: i use merchant words to determine search volume and i’m using keywords with high traffic. i am having the exact same problem with this. almost no traffic on both manual and automatic campaigns over the two to three months since i began running this campaign. our advertised listings follwing this and other rules seems to perform better than the rest… .just because you are selling a product and are using the add campaign, it doesn’t mean you will have any success. the first rule of retail sales is to be offering products that people want, not just an item you think will sell well, or an item you got a good deal on. i am seeing a similar thing – the only benefit is i’m not actually spending any money. i have the same or similar problem, my campaing was always running fine, and one day stop working, i dont have no impressions, this is happening in just one of my products… amazon told me that they are investigating but i been more then a week and no solution no where.
the only thing that i did on that day was to increase the campaign budget by 20%. then after category was fixed the impressions stopped appearing on the relevant words and started to appear on completely irrelevant words. i was getting impressions and clicks the first few days but then it suddenly stopped. maybe there is more competition now and there just isn’t enough space for the number of people trying to advertise in them. has nothing to do with how good of a product he has. although your response was truthful, it is not relevant to the problem op has raised. i’ll try again in a week or so and see if they’ve fixed the issue but i think it’s clear something is going on!
